Sweet House Gifts curates gift baskets containing products from various artisan and partner brands. We do not manufacture the individual products included in our gift baskets. While we carefully select our partner brands and products, the individual items are manufactured by their respective producers. Product claims, certifications, and descriptions are provided by the original manufacturers.
2. Contents May Vary
Gift basket contents may vary slightly from what is shown in product images. If a specific item becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value and similar character. Substitutions are made at our discretion to ensure the overall quality and value of your gift basket is maintained.
Product packaging, colors, and arrangement may differ from photographs, which are for illustration purposes only.
3. Allergen Warnings
Important Allergen Information
Many of our gift baskets contain food products that may contain or come into contact with common allergens including but not limited to: tree nuts, peanuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, fish, and shellfish.
It is the responsibility of the recipient and purchaser to review ingredient lists and allergen information before consuming any food products.
We do not guarantee that any product is free from allergens. Cross-contamination may occur during manufacturing by our partner brands.

4. Alcohol Disclaimer
Certain gift baskets may contain alcoholic beverages. These baskets can only be shipped to and received by individuals 21 years of age or older. A valid government-issued ID is required upon delivery of baskets containing alcohol. Alcohol shipping is subject to state and local laws. We cannot ship alcohol to all states.
5. Product Safety and Use
Products containing candles, bath products, or other potentially hazardous items should be used according to manufacturer instructions. Sweet House Gifts is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse of products included in our gift baskets.

Products described as “wellness,” “self-care,” or similar are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional before using any health or beauty product if you have concerns.
7. Limitation of Product Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sweet House Gifts shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use or consumption of products included in our gift baskets. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the gift basket. For product-specific safety concerns, please contact the original manufacturer directly.

In the event of a product recall affecting items in our gift baskets, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers. We encourage customers to register for recall notifications through relevant government agencies (e.g., FDA, CPSC).
